This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the strategic planning and performance management of comprehensive, integrated digital marketing initiatives that align with client business goals across key market sectors.
• Establish digital strategies, ensure alignment across various channels, and drive measurable business results—from awareness and engagement to lead generation and conversion.
• Work closely with account marketing leads to ensure that integrated digital marketing strategies and recommendations resonate with brand voice, target demographics, and business objectives.
• Examine market trends, audience behaviors, and campaign performance to guide strategy development and create reports and updates for the account.
• Collaborate with digital marketing leads to provide a unified and optimized customer journey across all channels, including SEO, SEM, email, social media, web/content marketing, and influencer marketing.
• Assess campaign and website performance utilizing tools such as Google Analytics and other platforms, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Partner with marketing, creative, content, and development teams to ensure cohesive and integrated digital efforts.
• Identify and leverage emerging trends, tools, and platforms in digital marketing to maintain clients' competitive edge in the industry.
• Cultivate a culture of innovation by consistently testing advanced marketing tools and translating the latest trends into practical strategies.
• Move beyond conventional playbooks to discover, test, and scale groundbreaking digital marketing methodologies and tools.
• Provide assistance and guidance on incorporating AI tools into digital workflows and existing marketing software to enhance efficiency and product offerings.
• Aid in crafting project estimates and managing digital marketing budgets.
• Mentor and guide team members through daily feedback and various professional development opportunities.
• 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing within an agency or integrated marketing setting.
• Experience in the agriculture industry is essential.
• A Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications in digital marketing, communications, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven expertise across diverse digital channels (web, SEO, paid media, marketing automation, analytics, social).
• Strong experience in defining KPIs, interpreting performance metrics, and transforming insights into business recommendations.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and developing digital marketing professionals.
• Experience in budget management, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the capacity to influence clients and senior stakeholders.
• Capability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced knowledge of AI-enabled marketing technologies, including automation platforms, predictive analytics tools, personalization engines, and content optimization systems.
• A strategic, analytical, and proactive mindset with a keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Omnichannel & Multi-Channel Campaign Management, Customer Data Platform (CDP) & Analytics, and Journey Orchestration Software.
