Digital Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee digital customer communications across various regions (Marketing automation).

• Handle multilingual communications (Translations management).

• Oversee the creation and updates of the Business website along with supporting digital tools.

• Enhance the organization's presence on social media.

• Manage digital reporting processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related business field is required.

• 5-10 years of proven experience in Pardot (mandatory), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, marketing automation, or digital marketing communications.

• Demonstrated success in executing effective digital campaigns across various channels (email, paid media, social, web, etc.).

• Proficiency in Salesforce Account Engagement, SF Pardot, SF Marketing Cloud, and Adobe Enterprise Management.

• Experience in managing social media platforms, including posting, scheduling, and reporting.

• Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).

• Working knowledge of SEO/SEM, paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta), and A/B testing tools.

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for optimizing emails and landing pages is advantageous.

• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and convert insights into actionable strategies.

• Adaptability to changing business needs and the ability to identify new opportunities as requirements evolve (growth mindset).

• Experience in tracking, reporting, and optimizing campaign performance.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is a must).

• Strong collaboration skills with the capability to work across functions with creative, content, product marketing, and sales teams.

• A self-starter with a proactive attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
