This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy that aligns with growth and revenue objectives, emphasizing brand advertising and product marketing.
• Create and manage targeted, integrated campaigns across various platforms including the website (SEO/AIO), custom landing pages, video, email, social media, and paid media.
• Take ownership of performance throughout the funnel, focusing on conversion, efficiency, and impact on the pipeline.
• Collaborate with product marketing to ensure alignment on messaging and key priorities.
• Establish targeted nurture programs designed to guide prospects through the buyer's journey.
• Assist with segmentation, lead scoring, and lifecycle workflows to enhance conversion rates.
• Utilize analytics and dashboards to identify insights and opportunities for growth.
• Implement campaign-specific social media strategies to enhance thought leadership.
• Continuously refine strategies by leveraging emerging trends, tools, and AI innovations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of B2B experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing.
• Proven experience in developing and leading multi-channel campaigns across web, email, social, and paid media platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize emerging digital and AI-driven marketing tools to enhance performance and outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and a data enrichment tool such as Clay or Apollo.io.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of transforming data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization practices.
• Effective and confident communicator capable of influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable handling multiple priorities at once.
