This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop, initiate, and enhance paid digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and others as needed.
• Track and assess campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) on a daily basis to guarantee that performance objectives are achieved or surpassed.
• Execute A/B testing on advertising creatives, messaging, target audiences, placements, and bidding techniques to discover the most effective strategies.
• Partner with content and design teams to create high-impact advertisements and landing page experiences.
• Resolve issues regarding ad delivery, tracking, targeting, or performance declines in real-time.
• Oversee campaign budgets across various channels, ensuring optimal allocation and maximum return on investment.
• Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly reports that emphasize key insights, optimization strategies, and budget utilization.
• Keep informed about platform updates, beta features, algorithm changes, and new ad formats.
• Establish and manage conversion tracking through UTM parameters, pixels, and Google Tag Manager.
• Perform audience research and segmentation to reach high-intent and high-converting user demographics.
• Collaborate with vendors, agencies, or partners to implement large-scale or specialized campaign strategies.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in digital advertising operations or performance marketing positions.
• Practical expertise in Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and related advertising tools.
• Competence in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Reporting, and campaign dashboards.
• Strong knowledge of ad formats, bidding approaches, campaign frameworks, and targeting techniques.
• Experience with conversion tracking, including UTM parameters, pixel configuration, and Google Tag Manager.
• Familiarity with retargeting methods, audience segmentation, and programmatic display advertising.
• Outstanding attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or a similar qualification is highly advantageous.
