This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Organize, facilitate, and lead regular client meetings weekly, monthly, and quarterly to review campaign performance and strategize effectively.
• Guide the campaign editorial calendar to ensure that production goals are in line with client expectations, objectives, and timelines.
• Successfully oversee client digital marketing campaigns to ensure they align with the clients' business objectives and aspirations.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, beyond scheduled calls, to keep them updated on their marketing efforts and instill confidence in their investment.
• Address client inquiries or concerns promptly, delivering outstanding service and proactively resolving issues.
• Aim to keep client attrition low, as indicated by minimal downgrades and churn rates.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Content Production, Project Management, Web Team, etc.) to guarantee that campaign deliverables meet client expectations.
• Uphold strong organizational skills to ensure that all client requirements are met promptly and effectively using project management tools.
• Balance the advocacy for client objectives while safeguarding internal team capacity by adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Engage actively in a culture of continuous learning, adapting to new processes, tools, and marketing trends.
• A Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred.
• Minimum of five years of experience managing a portfolio of accounts in a marketing environment.
• Comfortable working in a remote setting.
• Experience in the technology, consumer electronics, or home automation sectors is advantageous.
• Background in an inside sales role is a plus.
• Familiarity with SEO, social media (both organic and paid), blogging, and both organic and paid search techniques.
• Proficiency in utilizing and interpreting data from various platforms is essential.
• Comfortable participating in frequent video conference calls throughout the week (both external and internal).
