This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take full ownership of the implementation and ongoing management of analytics platforms, including Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Microsoft Clarity.
• Design, develop, and sustain robust dataLayers to enable precise tracking and scalable analytics.
• Create and maintain automated dashboards and reporting solutions that yield actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Participate in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) analysis, which includes assessing test performance and providing clear recommendations for enhancement.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to define tracking requirements and guarantee high-quality data collection.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies across platforms to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Convert data into valuable insights and recommendations to facilitate business decision-making, with a strong emphasis on user experience on digital platforms.
• Aid in refining analytics processes, documentation, and tracking standards.
• Assist the Data & Insights manager in formulating client data strategies and planning.
• Manage ongoing and regular website reporting activities.
• Suggest optimizations to digital experiences based on research and data-driven insights.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in digital analytics, marketing analytics, or a related field.
• Proficient working knowledge of GA4, GTM, and/or Adobe Analytics, including hands-on implementation experience.
• Significant experience in developing systems that emphasize understanding user experience on digital platforms, deriving insights, and making actionable recommendations.
• Familiarity with digital advertising tools and systems (CDPs, digital ad platforms) and their integration with broader analytics systems.
• Experience in designing and managing dataLayers and tracking frameworks.
• Expertise in building dashboards using tools like Looker Studio or PowerBI.
• Familiarity with other visualization tools is a plus.
• Working knowledge of SQL and experience in querying datasets (e.g., BigQuery or similar platforms).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to interpret complex datasets and present findings to clients.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
