This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, manage, and enhance both organic and paid social media strategies.
• Oversee the strategy for paid advertising, which includes paid social, paid search, display, and retargeting efforts.
• Direct the execution of paid Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and targeted programs.
• Ensure that traffic acquisition strategies align with pipeline and revenue goals.
• Supervise the implementation and refinement of campaigns, focusing on audience targeting and creative experimentation.
• Provide insightful reporting on performance metrics to marketing leadership.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in paid media and social marketing, encompassing paid social, PPC, and ABM.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize media budgets with a keen emphasis on ROI and pipeline influence.
• Strong analytical capabilities and comfort with performance data, attribution models, and testing methodologies.
• Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional marketing teams to create integrated campaigns.
• Proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, 6sense, Google Analytics, and other related marketing technology platforms.
• Experience in marketing to public sector audiences is an advantage.
