DevOps – Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Lead transformations including DevOps, Continuous Integration, Delivery & Deployment, and enhance the level of test automation.

• Responsible for the development and upkeep of the DevOps toolchain.

• Create and maintain technical specifications, user stories, and other related documentation.

• Actively disseminate and share technical knowledge within the team.

• Monitor new features and modifications in external systems and open-source components.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in AWS services (Compute, Storage, Database); certification is advantageous.

• Experience in designing highly available and scalable system infrastructures for distributed architectures using existing frameworks/platforms.

• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies.

• Contributions to open-source projects are considered a plus.

• DevOps skills include:

• o Proficiency in working with Linux is essential.

• o Experience in scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).

• o Knowledge of Bash scripting.

• o Experience with Docker containers.

• Ability to effectively communicate, influence, collaborate, and deliver results in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

• Possess a holistic perspective and conceptual thinking abilities.

• Experience in coaching and mentoring peers.

• Self-driven with a strong motivation to instigate change and implementation.
