DevOps Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with our Engineering team and engage with stakeholders in Sales, Customer Support, and Customer Success.

• Design and execute software configuration management, overseeing builds and deployments while emphasizing process automation and optimization of costs and performance.

• Create and implement infrastructure-as-code and pipelines to facilitate the onboarding and offboarding of cloud infrastructure.

• Offer support to Operations and Support teams for our services operating on both cloud infrastructure and on-premises.

• Assist with system-intensive tasks such as performance testing and systems optimization.

• Automate server-based installations using Ansible.

• Enhance AI configurations, including hardware and model selection, as well as Ollama / VLLM configurations.

• Improve the product development process to enhance the overall Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a similar position.

• A university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable professional qualification.

• A hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.

• Strong understanding of Linux and networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPNs, routing).

• Proficient knowledge of Git, GitOps, and Gitlab CI.

• Proven experience with Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, and ArgoCD.

• Demonstrated experience with AWS services (EC2, EKS, IAM, CloudTrail, S3, VPC, etc.).

• Practical experience with Docker, ContainerD, and Packer.

• Proven experience with programming in Python or Golang.
