DevOps Engineer, Security Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute security measures within CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, GitLab)

• Set up and manage SAST, SCA, and container scanning solutions (Trivy, Dependabot)

• Detect and address vulnerabilities in applications and container images

• Assist in the practices of container image scanning and image signing

• Create and sustain automation scripts (Python, Bash)

• Work alongside engineering teams to integrate security into development processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, Infrastructure Engineering, Platform Engineering, Security Engineering, or related fields

• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub or GitLab)

• Extensive hands-on experience with security tools, including SAST, SCA, container scanning, and associated CI/CD security tools in production settings

• Solid experience with Kubernetes and Helm

• Proficient in provisioning and managing infrastructure in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, or OCI)

• Experience with Terraform and Ansible for automation, provisioning, and configuration management

• Basic scripting abilities (Python, Bash)

• Familiarity with OWASP Top 10

• Strong passion for security and a security-first approach

• Capability and eagerness to collaborate closely with Security teams and enhance security measures within engineering workflows.
