This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and oversee CI/CD pipelines that facilitate the entire software development lifecycle.
• Create self-service tools and standardized deployment and operational workflows.
• Enhance developer experience through automation, comprehensive documentation, and adherence to engineering best practices.
• Assist in establishing scalable platform capabilities that expedite engineering teams' progress.
• Implement and manage cloud infrastructure utilizing Infrastructure as Code principles.
• Deploy and support containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Oversee and enhance development, staging, and production environments.
• Collaborate with Cloud Platform and SRE teams to guarantee systems are scalable, dependable, secure, and cost-efficient.
• Implement observability measures across logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting systems.
• Engage in incident response, root cause analysis, and initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Develop secure CI/CD pipelines, manage secrets, and enforce access controls.
• Contribute to operational readiness, reliability practices, and infrastructure robustness.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to meet deployment, infrastructure, and operational requirements.
• Diagnose infrastructure, deployment, and runtime challenges across environments.
• Contribute to platform standards, technical documentation, and engineering best practices.
• Assist in enhancing engineering workflows through automation and teamwork.
• Over 3 years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure, cloud platform, or similar engineering positions.
• Extensive experience with CI/CD systems and automated deployment processes.
• Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience in managing cloud infrastructure, preferably with AWS.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience in operating production systems with monitoring, logging, and alerting capabilities.
• Proficient in scripting or programming languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
• Strong understanding of Linux systems and networking basics.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance if necessary.
