Desarrollador FullStack, React – Node.js

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable software architectures.

• Develop modern, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.

• Design and create RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.

• Define and maintain microservices architecture.

• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code that serves as a reference.

• Lead code reviews and pair programming sessions.

• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers.

• Collaborate with QA teams, product managers, and stakeholders.

• Define and implement security strategies and best practices.

• Document technical solutions, data flows, and architectural decisions.

• Participate in technical planning and project estimation.

• Propose and implement continuous improvements in development processes and tools.

• Research and assess new technologies for potential adoption by the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 years of proven experience in full stack development.

• 2 years in technical leadership roles or as a senior developer.

• Experience working with and leading agile teams.

• Frontend: Next.js, React, TypeScript (expert level).

• Backend: Node.js, Express.js, NestJS.

• Testing: Jest.

• Architecture: Design patterns, SOLID principles.

• Databases: SQL and NoSQL.

• Version control: Git, GitHub (branching strategies).

• Code analysis: ESLint, SonarQube, quality metrics.

• Security: Secret management, authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth 2.0, OIDC), OWASP.

• Containers: Docker.

• Agile methodologies.

• Generative AI: Advanced experience with AI pair programmers (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor).

• CI/CD.
