This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Transfer demographic and scheduling details from one system to another.

• Verify insurance eligibility through websites or phone calls.

• Gather dental procedure history.

• Precisely input Fee Schedules into our practice software.

• Ensure the accuracy of previously entered data.

• Collaborate effectively with other members of the Dental Team to guarantee smooth operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Knowledge of dental coding systems is preferred but not mandatory.

• Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.

• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.

• Basic understanding of dental billing codes and insurance processes is advantageous but not essential.

• Data entry proficiency (40 WPM or higher).

• Capability to handle and maintain confidential information.

• Must have reliable internet access at home.

• Willingness to work on shifting schedules or during night hours.

• Ability to work from home with dependable internet and a backup connection.
