Delphi Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Sustain and improve current systems developed using Delphi Embarcadero RAD Studio.

• Collaborate closely with the departing developer throughout the onboarding and transition phase.

• Partner with the client and team to gain insight into business processes and system architecture.

• Quickly grasp the existing system and actively contribute to its continuous development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Delphi Software Development / Application Maintenance (Delphi 10.2 and 13.1): 4+ years of experience.

• Proficient English communication skills with the capability to clearly convey technical choices.

• Embarcadero RAD Studio: At least 1 year of experience.

• Strong expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles applied in practical systems: 3+ years.

• Practical experience with database integration, including SQL and working with relational databases in application contexts: 3+ years.
