This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects to gain a comprehensive understanding of the use case demand plan for prioritized clients.
• Spearhead the technical account strategy and execution plan following technical wins for Databricks use cases within key accounts.
• Serve as the accountable technical leader for designated use cases and clients across various sales teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for any technical inquiries or issues concerning the production/go-live status of approved use cases.
• Utilize Shared Services, User Education, Onboarding/Technical Services, and Support resources, escalating issues to expert-level support when necessary.
• Develop, manage, and implement a point-of-view on expediting key use cases into production, coordinating with Professional Services for proposal delivery.
• Engage with Databricks Product and Engineering teams for innovations, private previews, and upgrade requirements.
• Formulate an execution plan encompassing all activities of customer-facing technical roles and teams across diverse work streams.
• Deliver internal and external updates, including KPI reporting on usage status and customer health.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in technical project/program delivery in the Data and AI domain.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Experience in customer-facing roles including pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting.
• A solid understanding of solution architecture pertaining to distributed data systems.
• Ability to attribute business value and outcomes to specific project deliverables.
• Experience in technical program or project management, including accountability for account, stakeholder, and resource management.
• Proven experience in resolving complex escalations with senior customer executives.
• Skilled in conducting open-ended discovery workshops, developing strategic roadmaps, performing business analysis, and managing the delivery of complex programs/projects.
• Demonstrated track record of exceeding quotas, goals, or similar targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% as necessary.
