Delivery Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Evaluate written communications to ensure they meet FINRA standards and avoid any non-compliant actions.

• Examine user transaction documents according to guidelines set by supervising attorneys and compliance officers.

• Assist with compliance due diligence and KYC/AML-related activities.

• Assess marketing materials to confirm alignment with Finalis’ guidelines.

• Aid account management teams in developing legal and compliance solutions.

• Serve as a point of contact for users regarding legal and compliance resources.

• Maintain a repository of frequently asked legal and compliance questions.

• Conduct research and address inquiries from FINRA, the SEC, and other regulatory bodies.

• Contribute to the digital transformation of legal and compliance functions.

• Offer insights for enhancing legal and compliance operations.

• Successfully complete the FINRA SIE + S82 + S24 exams within the first year.

• Maintain the Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the Execute Operations Team.

• Utilize English communication skills effectively.

• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in compliance-related positions.

• Outstanding written and verbal English skills.

• Excellent interpersonal communication abilities.

• Strong organizational capabilities.

• Proficient in handling confidential information.

• Experience with Google Workspace.

• Ability to think systemically and assess opportunities for increased efficiency.

• Capacity to work quickly and effectively under changing priorities and deadlines.

• Self-motivated, quick learner, detail-oriented, and capable of independent work with high levels of organization.

• Flexible, patient, persistent, and possessing a collaborative team spirit.

• Prior experience in U.S. compliance is a plus.

• Experience with digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
