This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Develop tailored SaaS contractual solutions for large-scale deployment among HubSpot's premium clientele.
• Achieve trusted advisor status within the sales team by collaborating on pricing strategies, product offerings, and commercial terms for unique transactions.
• Serve as a connector for sales representatives, coordinating between various departments to facilitate successful deal closures.
• Execute established deal and approval workflows that promote a high-velocity sales environment.
• Possesses 3-4 years of experience in Deal Desk, Order Management, Finance, or Sales Operations roles.
• Demonstrates high emotional intelligence.
• Exhibits exceptional attention to detail and strong prioritization abilities.
• Capable of contributing to multiple projects and initiatives to scale the function concurrently.
• Takes accountability for outcomes.
• Shows resourcefulness in problem-solving.
• Able to establish trust and become a genuine business partner to the sales team.
• Has experience working with Go-To-Market (GTM) organizations and possesses empathy for sales personnel.
