Data Product Manager – Machine Learning Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical discipline — or equivalent practical experience

• Several years of relevant professional experience with a solid technical foundation

• Preferably, hands-on experience as a data scientist, machine learning engineer, or software engineer

• Proven experience tackling intricate, cross-functional technical challenges related to data and platform systems

• Proficiency in English (mandatory)

• Knowledge of Portuguese or Spanish is an advantage

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to engage in detailed discussions about technical architecture, workflows, and trade-offs

• Advanced English communication skills (both written and spoken)

• Proficient in Python (essential): capable of reading, comprehending, and reasoning about pipeline and platform code; able to discuss implementation trade-offs with engineers

• Proficient in SQL (essential): capable of conducting independent investigations to verify data, features, and metrics

• Strong understanding of the Machine Learning lifecycle and MLOps topics (e.g., model training, evaluation, experimentation; monitoring, drift detection, and production operations; CI/CD for ML workflows; etc.)
