This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Accurately extract invoice details from daily reports and input data into the customer invoicing system.
• Conduct self-audits to ensure that all entries are consistent and error-free, thereby maintaining the integrity of financial records.
• Identify and flag data discrepancies or exceptions that deviate from standard operating procedures.
• Adhere to established protocols for escalating complex issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
• Achieve daily volume targets to guarantee that all invoice data from the daily report is processed within the necessary 6 to 8 hour timeframe.
• Provide assistance with secondary administrative tasks and a variety of projects once the primary daily data entry is completed.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in data entry, encoding, or high-volume administrative positions, ideally within a finance or accounting environment.
• Strong proficiency in spreadsheet management, including Excel or Google Sheets, along with experience using database or invoicing software.
• A demonstrated ability to maintain high accuracy while performing repetitive, high-volume tasks.
• Capacity to remain diligent and consistent during daily repetitive workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting exceptions and collaborating with the broader team.
