This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Efficiently process incoming emails and extract pertinent data for input into the company's systems.
• Ensure data integrity and perform timely updates to databases and records.
• Assist cross-functional teams by managing email workflows and associated administrative tasks.
• Review and process significant volumes of emails, accurately and efficiently extracting necessary information.
• Input data into internal databases, spreadsheets, or software platforms in accordance with company guidelines.
• Confirm data accuracy and address any discrepancies that arise.
• Keep organized records of processed emails and data entries for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Work collaboratively with team members to guarantee a seamless workflow and timely task completion.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and communicate suggestions to management.
• Comply with company policies pertaining to data privacy and confidentiality.
• Demonstrated experience in data entry, email processing, or a similar administrative position.
• Exceptional attention to detail coupled with strong organizational abilities.
• Proficient in using email clients (e.g., Outlook, Gmail) and data entry applications.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
