Data Engineer III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and deploy scalable and dependable data pipelines across various platforms.

• Spearhead data integration initiatives across Sinch products globally.

• Build and sustain high-quality ETL/ELT processes and contemporary data architectures.

• Enhance data workflows, databases, and pipelines for optimal performance and scalability.

• Recognize strategic opportunities to advance products, architecture, and business processes through data insights.

• Serve as a technical authority, mentoring team members through code evaluations and project oversight.

• Work in collaboration with data scientists, analysts, and product teams to comprehend requirements and deliver impactful solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Data Engineer or in a comparable technical position.

• Strong programming abilities and expertise in Python, Spark, Git, CI/CD, and Docker.

• Proficient in SQL with a background in constructing ETL/ELT pipelines.

• Practical experience with Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, and contemporary data architectures.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and tools such as Databricks, Snowflake, or Delta Lake.

• Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Airflow or Dagster.

• Proficient in English for effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
