This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Healthcare Strategy Team, serving as the Healthcare vertical DC Subject Matter Expert, while developing industry-specific use cases, narratives, and go-to-market strategies.

• Create and uphold collateral, case studies, and solution frameworks specifically designed for healthcare clients.

• Convert intricate healthcare data challenges into practical, scalable solutions.

• Design and construct comprehensive demo environments that highlight Zeta’s Data Cloud and ZMP capabilities.

• Lead the development of customized solutions from the initial idea stage to execution and client presentation.

• Provide engaging platform demonstrations and solution walkthroughs for prospects and clients.

• Collaborate with sales teams to define, pitch, and secure new business opportunities.

• Assist in both pre-sales and post-sales solutioning, ensuring that client needs are met.

• Create client-specific business cases utilizing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data.

• Partner with the Healthcare Strategy Team, product, analytics, and marketing teams to enhance go-to-market strategies.

• Facilitate training, onboarding, and internal enablement regarding Data Cloud capabilities.

• Work together on public relations, thought leadership, and vertical positioning within healthcare.

• Manage and monitor the Data Cloud-supported pipeline and deliverables.

• Oversee project management of solution outputs, including audiences, insights, and reporting.

• Ensure high-quality, client-ready outputs across all engagements.


⛳️ Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience in solutions consulting, sales engineering, or data-driven marketing/analytics.

• Experience with healthcare data, identity, or audience solutions is highly preferred.

• Profound understanding of data strategy, audience segmentation, and analytics.

• Proven experience in creating client-ready collateral, use cases, and case studies.

• Excellent presentation and demo skills, with the capability to simplify complex concepts.

• Familiarity with data platforms, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), or marketing technology (ZMP is a plus).

• High-level understanding of pharma expert determination, measurement (AQ/TM, Dx Reach, NRx/NBRx, etc.), and healthcare promotion laws.
