This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Oversee a group of up to 4 data analysts collaborating with product and business teams within our Supply domain.
• Direct the data analysis efforts across various product segments, customer behavior, partner performance, and more.
• Manage performance evaluations, conducting regular one-on-one meetings to discuss workload and the personal development of data analysts.
• Propel high-impact analytical projects throughout the organization.
• Foster relationships and manage a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Develop, prioritize, and proactively communicate the analytics team's backlog.
• Collaborate with the Heads of Product to ensure the backlog aligns with the most impactful initiatives in the Supply area.
• Lead initiatives to enhance data-driven decision-making within the company.
• Mentor peers and stakeholders on data utilization and its value.
• Engage in the hiring process to attract top talent in product and data analytics to Printify.
• Equip the team with the latest analytical and statistical techniques and advancements relevant to Printify's business.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proven experience in managing priorities across diverse stakeholder groups.
• 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis.
• At least 1 year of experience leading a team of data analysts.
• Previous experience in a product company or marketplace is advantageous.
• Prior experience utilizing AI in a data context is a plus, though not mandatory.
• A strong curiosity and willingness to experiment with AI and incorporate it into workflows is essential.
• Demonstrated capability to present and clearly articulate summarized results from data analysis.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and experience with Snowflake or similar data warehouses.
• Practical experience with BI tools to create interactive dashboards and visualizations (experience with Looker is a plus).
• Solid understanding of data modeling and data quality principles.
• Hands-on experience with event tracking and product analytics tools (experience with Amplitude is a plus).
• Strong grasp of statistics and A/B testing methodologies.
• Practical experience with product experimentation.
• Empathy and the ability to collaborate with individuals from diverse professional and cultural backgrounds.
