This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Develop and sustain dashboards along with reporting systems.
• Examine marketing and CRM data to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Track campaign effectiveness and deliver actionable insights.
• Assist in conversion tracking and ensure data accuracy across various platforms.
• Partner with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams.
• Contribute to enhancing analytics processes and reporting operations.

• Over 5 years of experience in analytics or marketing data.
• Proficient in reporting, dashboard creation, and data visualization.
• Knowledgeable about marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
• Possess an analytical, organized, and solution-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced agency settings.
• Native or near-native proficiency in English.
