This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

• Oversee the identification and analysis of business requirements within the BI framework to generate strategic insights.

• Design data models that effectively convert raw data into actionable insights.

• Leverage advanced capabilities of Power BI to develop dynamic dashboards and interactive visual reports.

• Establish and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) with defined objectives, ensuring regular monitoring and analysis.

• Convert business needs into detailed technical specifications and set realistic timelines for project completion.

• Create, test, and deploy intricate Power BI scripts, performing thorough analyses to improve data interpretation.

• Skillfully execute DAX queries and functions within Power BI to derive meaningful insights.

• Produce clear and detailed charts and data documentation that elucidate algorithms, parameters, models, and relationships.

• Make technological enhancements to existing BI systems to boost overall performance.

• Employ advanced filtering and visualization techniques in Power BI to improve data comprehension.

• Evaluate current ETL processes and design and implement new systems to optimize data processing.

• Experience with the Azure environment.

• Proficiency in Power BI Report Builder and familiarity with open-source tools such as DAX Studio.

• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders from diverse areas, including data, applications, infrastructure, and business.

• Demonstrated experience working with these stakeholders to design report layouts in Power BI.

• Proficient in English for effective communication.
