• Create strategic analyses and data intelligence to pinpoint commercial opportunities and growth drivers within our B2B sector.

• Design and enhance executive KPIs, dashboards, and management perspectives.

• Perform thorough analyses of customer behaviors, products, channels, and overall business performance.

• Provide support to commercial teams, CRM, product, and operations through data-driven studies and recommendations.

• Structure analytical models and products to enhance and automate business decisions and processes.

• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of analyzed data.

• Collaborate closely with data, engineering, product, and business teams to refine data sources and analytical perspectives.

• Transform complex data into understandable insights for both technical and executive audiences.

• Proficient in advanced SQL.

• Experience with BI and data visualization using Looker.

• Understanding of data modeling and statistics.

• Proficient in Python for data analysis.

• Capable of managing large datasets and conducting exploratory analyses.

• Possess strong analytical skills and structured thinking.

• Demonstrate an investigative mindset, business orientation, and value-driven approach.

• Excellent executive communication abilities and data storytelling skills.

• Hands-on individual with the ability to work autonomously and prioritize effectively.

• Skilled in translating data into actionable business recommendations.

• Familiarity with logistics in e-commerce or e-commerce platforms.

• Knowledge of CRM, sales funnel processes, segmentation, and customer analysis.

• Experience with A/B testing, propensity modeling, churn analysis, or other analytical frameworks.
