This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

• Design, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports to aid in business decision-making.

• Extract, cleanse, and transform data from ERP systems and various sources for analytical reporting.

• Reconstruct and stabilize reporting processes to enhance reliability, accuracy, and continuity.

• Identify and rectify data inconsistencies while ensuring data integrity across reporting outputs.

• Collaborate with leadership and operational teams to provide commercially relevant insights and reporting solutions.

• Assist in data migration, cloud transition projects, and enhancements to data pipelines and structures.

• Provide support for ad hoc reporting, pricing analysis, data governance, and ongoing business intelligence initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.

• 3–6 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or roles focused on reporting.

• Proficient hands-on experience with Power BI, including the creation of dashboards, reporting, and data visualization.

• Experience with SQL, data extraction, transformation, modeling, and working within ERP or large structured data environments.

• Ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and provide commercially relevant insights to stakeholders.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to work independently in fast-paced settings.

• Familiarity with cloud-based data environments (e.g., AWS), pricing or sales analysis, and data governance or PIM systems is a plus.
