This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Develop, manage, and enhance reports and dashboards in Google Sheets that the Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Support teams depend on to assess business health and guide decision-making (including pipeline health coverage, ARR changes, and key SaaS metrics like NRR, LTV, and CAC:LTV ratio).
• Facilitate essential tasks related to budget modeling, forecasting, and prompt commission calculations.
• Take ownership of data cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment within Salesforce, including accounts, contacts, opportunities, subscriptions, and various custom objects used to monitor engagement and sales.
• Create and maintain macros (VBA) and Google Apps Script to streamline recurring reporting, data validation, and tool development.
• Examine data quality issues comprehensively: identify the source of erroneous data (manual entry, integrations, imports), suggest process or system improvements, and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Customer Success, Finance, and Delivery leaders to translate vague requirements into precise analyses with definitive answers.
• Document data definitions, ownership, and reporting logic to ensure the team is not reliant on the last person who created the sheet.
• Assist with ad-hoc analyses and contribute to broader data and reporting initiatives.
• 2-4 years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, or revenue/sales operations analyst role, preferably within SaaS, professional services, or a business that integrates both.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, comfortable with lookups, pivot tables, array formulas, and intricate formulas.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model: objects, relationships, record types, reports, and the flow of data in and out through imports, integrations, and user input.
• Familiarity with how subscription, opportunity, and project/engagement data typically interconnect is advantageous.
• Practical experience in writing macros (VBA) and/or Google Apps Script to automate workflows - while you don’t need to be a software engineer, you should be able to read, write, and debug scripts, utilizing AI where suitable.
• A genuine attention to data quality: you can identify discrepancies and are motivated to investigate them.
• Effective communicator. You can articulate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Self-motivated. In a remote environment, you can prioritize your tasks and seek assistance when necessary.
• Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to not discriminating against any employee or job applicant.
