Data Analyst II – ROI, Performance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assess the influence of BI and Analytics outputs, encompassing financial benefits, operational effectiveness, and cost savings;

• Establish and track KPIs associated with executed initiatives, guaranteeing ongoing visibility of performance;

• Evaluate and model the financial return (ROI) of data projects and initiatives;

• Recognize operational improvements (e.g., enhancements in productivity, reduction in effort/FTEs) resulting from deployed solutions;

• Challenge and assist in the prioritization of requests based on the impact generated for the organization;

• Perform exploratory analyses to uncover opportunities and formulate hypotheses for enhancement;

• Create ad hoc analyses to aid decision-making;

• Document methodologies, calculation assumptions, and analyses conducted, ensuring traceability and consistency;

• Collaborate effectively with Data, BI, and business teams to ensure alignment on metrics, hypotheses, and outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in data analysis applied to business challenges;

• Experience in defining, monitoring, and analyzing KPIs;

• Expertise in measuring impact and developing value indicators (ROI, efficiency, productivity);

• Proficient in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization;

• Programming skills in SQL and Python;

• Capability to structure analyses and convey insights clearly to business stakeholders;

• Analytical mindset combined with an impact-driven approach and value-oriented prioritization.

• Preferred / Nice to have

• Experience in assessing the impact of data initiatives (Analytics, BI, data products);

• Experience in creating ROI models or business cases;

• Background in Shared Services Centers (SSC) and/or Customer Service hubs;

• Familiarity with data-driven environments (Data, Analytics, or BI teams);

• Experience in enhancing operational efficiency and productivity;

• Knowledge of intelligent automation and AI applied to data;

• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields;

• Understanding of analytical modeling and fundamental statistics;

• Experience with modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks, cloud);

• Acquaintance with agile methodologies;

• Skills in stakeholder management and a consultative approach.
