Data Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Conducts data analysis and interpretation.

• Establishes guidelines and methodologies for data gathering and examination.

• Collaborates effectively within a team of data analysts and other MPIC personnel to gather data and insights that support program initiatives.

• Analyzes and assesses enrollment data concerning consumer and Agent/Broker activities within the Marketplace.

• Ensures the protection of PII and PHI.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a healthcare discipline, accompanied by 2-4 years of experience in ACA and/or Medicaid-Medicare.

• Over 2 years of experience in data analytics, modeling, and/or risk assessment.

• Familiarity with and/or knowledge of ACA policies and regulations pertaining to consumer enrollment requirements and the responsibilities of Agents/Brokers and Navigators.

• Proficient in computer applications, such as SAS, modeling software, and Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
