This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.

📋 Description

• Monitor and evaluate delivery, open, and engagement rates across different communication platforms.

• Assess and report on communication expenditures; pinpoint areas for optimization.

• Create and uphold frequency capping regulations to avoid excessive communication with customers.

• Develop a self-service tool that empowers product teams to independently establish and manage communication campaigns.

• Assist product teams with communication setup until the self-service tool is fully operational.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1.5 years of experience in a data or analytics position.

• Proficient in SQL, capable of writing and reviewing complex queries.

• Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.

• Strong critical thinking abilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail and precision in analytical tasks.

• Organized thinker, skilled at converting business requirements into analytical models.

• Experience in product or marketing analytics (including push, email, or CRM channels) would be advantageous.

• Background in creating self-service dashboards or analytical tools.
