This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Management of database and maintenance of data integrity.
• Identify and eliminate duplicate agent records in Insellerate using email addresses and mobile numbers.
• Ensure database accuracy through continuous manual cleanup and validation processes.
• Conduct audits on email lists to pinpoint invalid or non-compliant addresses that could affect campaign deliverability.
• List generation and data extraction.
• Create targeted call lists from platforms such as Mailchimp, SlickText, and RETR based on geographic location, production metrics, and partner status.
• Develop and oversee Excel-based datasets utilizing advanced formulas to cross-reference various sources and remove duplicates.
• Event registration and data coordination.
• Register agents for events by sourcing and verifying contact information from internal databases and external online resources.
• Precisely input and manage event registrations within Eventbrite.
• Marketing and testimonial management.
• Extract agent testimonials from post-event SMS campaigns.
• Format and enhance testimonial content using Canva.
• Collaborate with the web team to update and publish testimonials on the website.
• Post-event data processing.
• Gather and digitize agent referral data from physical lists after events.
• Input and organize referral data within internal systems for future marketing and follow-up purposes.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, data cleaning, deduplication).
• Experience with CRM/database systems (Insellerate, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
• Strong skills in data hygiene and validation (email auditing, duplicate removal, accuracy checks).
• Ability to build segmented marketing lists based on location, performance, and engagement metrics.
• Familiarity with tools such as Mailchimp, SlickText, RETR, and Eventbrite.
• Capability to manage and structure large datasets across multiple sources.
• Experience in event registration and post-event data processing.
• Basic marketing support skills (testimonial extraction, formatting, Canva usage).
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle repetitive, high-volume tasks.
