This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Assist the Customer Success Analytics team by offering technical expertise to Engagement Managers.
• Address analytics inquiries and enhance the existing codebase.
• Familiarize yourself with Viaduct’s history and mission.
• Build relationships with all team members.
• Grasp the architecture of Viaduct’s systems.
• Delve into the intricacies of vehicle data.
• Participate in our weekly company-wide meetings and engineering tech talks.
• Comprehend the product roadmap and the challenges faced by our customers.
• Contribute new functionalities to the product.
• Refactor code, enhance testing coverage, or automate manual processes during engineering hack days.
• Develop strong connections with the customers you support.
• Provide daily customer support to deliver value.
• Enhance the onboarding experience for future recruits.
• Introduce yourself at the company-wide meeting and showcase your work during the engineering tech talk.
• Engage in the recruiting process to help identify exceptional talent.
• Proven experience managing a project from design through implementation.
• 3-6 years of experience as a full-time data analyst.
• Strong ability to analyze data, answer inquiries, and summarize findings.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Comfortable with data exploration and addressing questions using SQL.
• Ability to create analytic dashboards that assist customers in understanding their data.
• Analyze data to uncover trends, root causes, anomalies, and other issues that drive customer value.
• Validate customer concerns and create solutions, responses, or recommendations.
• Experience in time series data analysis on large datasets.
• Skilled in managing large datasets through writing and modifying SQL queries.
• Maintain and enhance data pipelines developed in Python, preferably with experience using the Kedro framework.
• Experience in developing, monitoring, and iterating on production Machine Learning models is a plus and a significant differentiator.
• Experience with automotive or telematics data is a plus.
• Adhere to our policy and procedure documents regarding security and privacy.
• Follow the guidelines outlined in the Employee Handbook.
• Implement and review code according to the OWASP Top 10 guidelines.
• Engage in new hire and annual training related to security and privacy.
• Treat data security and privacy as a primary job responsibility.
• Report any security incidents discovered as bugs.
• Obtain approval from the Security Team prior to adding new third-party software to our codebase.
• Carefully consider security implications when conducting PR reviews.
