This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.
• Develop and sustain NPV / unit economics models utilizing Python and SQL (ensuring clean, testable, and version-controlled logic).
• Create dependable datasets essential for economic analysis (including cohorts, cash flows, losses, funding, fees, and revenue streams) in collaboration with fellow analysts.
• Streamline scenario executions and conduct sensitivity analyses (addressing pricing, limits, and product modifications).
• Assess model outputs against actual portfolio performance and examine discrepancies.
• Convert model logic into specifications ready for implementation as necessary.
• Be prepared to take on responsibilities outside your defined role when required — we prioritize ownership over strict job descriptions.
• 2-3+ years of practical experience in data analytics.
• Expertise in Python (particularly pandas) and SQL for data analysis and implementation.
• Strong comprehension of unit economics and financial modeling principles (including cash flows, NPV, and cohorts).
• Exceptional attention to detail — minor errors can disrupt economics in production.
• A solid understanding of unit economics is essential (this includes a deep grasp of the concept, experience in modeling, or at least familiarity with such models).
• Direct experience in unit economics modeling for credit products is considered a significant advantage.
