Data Analyst, Compliance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist the Transaction Monitoring System Analytics Manager in both ongoing and special analytical projects.

• Create, enhance, and automate compliance data analytics, management information systems (MIS), and regulatory reports.

• Design, create, and sustain SQL queries.

• Develop and improve automation tools based on Excel.

• Work collaboratively with Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams.

• Offer analytical assistance for production challenges and data inquiries.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of practical technical experience as a Data Analyst in a financial institution.

• Proficient in SQL for large data sets.

• Skilled in writing stored procedures, functions, and packages (T-SQL/PL-SQL/PLpgSQL).

• Advanced Excel capabilities: including macros/VBA, Power Query, and pivot tables.

• Familiarity with reporting/BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

• Proven ability to convert regulatory and compliance requirements into data analytics, MIS, and reporting solutions.
