This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing reporting, dashboards, and analytical solutions that deliver clear, actionable insights throughout TLC’s operational, client, and product domains.
• You will analyze business, campaign, loyalty, and customer engagement data to uncover trends, opportunities, risks, and areas for optimization, thereby supporting KPI tracking, commercial analysis, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• You will handle data from Snowflake and related operational systems to transform, analyze, and model data into reliable, business-ready datasets and semantic layers that facilitate scalable reporting and self-service analytics.
• You will assist in ensuring data accuracy, structure, documentation, and optimization for insight generation across the business.
• You will play a role in enhancing reporting processes, dashboard usability, automation, and analytical workflows within TLC’s modern data landscape.
• You will promote the adoption of AI-driven analytics, intelligent workflows, and AI-supported tools to enhance efficiency, accessibility of insights, and decision-making, while also contributing to the evolution of future predictive and advanced analytical capabilities.
• You will collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Client Services, Commercial, and Leadership teams to grasp business requirements, translate them into analytical solutions, and convey insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You will help uphold high standards of data accuracy, consistency, governance, and reporting best practices throughout TLC’s analytics environment.
• You will support analysis across TLC’s operational ecosystem, including COSMOS, Mixpanel, campaign platforms, and third-party systems, assisting in delivering trustworthy insights into operational performance, program effectiveness, and customer engagement.
• Demonstrated experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles.
• Proficient SQL skills with experience in querying, transforming, and analyzing large datasets.
• Experience in creating dashboards and reports using tools such as Omni, ThoughtSpot, or other similar BI platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or similar systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to interpret data and communicate actionable insights effectively.
• Understanding of data modeling concepts and experience working with curated business-ready datasets.
• Experience in validating and troubleshooting data quality, reporting logic, and inconsistencies across datasets.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of collaborating effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• A proactive approach with a keen interest in modern analytics, automation, AI-enabled insight generation, and developing data science skills, including statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning.
• Preferred Experience:
• Experience in dashboard development, semantic modeling, and self-service reporting.
• Experience using Mixpanel or similar event analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with customer, campaign, loyalty, or martech data ecosystems.
• Exposure to working with Snowflake and modern data stack environments.
• Experience using Python for analysis, automation, or data preparation tasks.
