This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Gather, clean, and analyze datasets
• Evaluate datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports to present data visually for stakeholders
• Ensure data integrity and security
• Create and update documentation regarding data analysis processes and results
• Support the development and enhancement of data collection and analysis methodologies
• Continuously expand knowledge of products, services, and processes through training programs and ongoing learning modules
• Collaborate with various departments as necessary to address issues
• Maintain a positive, compassionate, and professional demeanor toward customers and coworkers at all times
• Comply with company policies and procedures
• Achieve or surpass performance targets for relevant KPIs
• Execute other assigned responsibilities
• 1-3 years of experience in a data processing, data analysis, or similar role, ideally within a call center setting
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
• Proficient in computer usage and various software applications
• Expertise in data processing and analytical tools, including spreadsheets, SQL, etc.
• Financial Knowledge (Preferred): Basic comprehension of banking information, distinguishing international currencies, and managing different payment methods (e.g., Wire vs. EFT payments).
