This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Albania.

• Collaborate with Data Scientists to develop and enhance product features driven by data and analytics.

• Analyze extensive datasets to pinpoint trends, irregular patterns, and areas for enhancement.

• Ensure the quality of data and address any inconsistencies.

• Conduct exploratory data analysis to reveal actionable insights.

• Offer analytics-based recommendations to facilitate strategic decisions and partnerships.

• Create and sustain dashboards and reports for effective communication.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytics requirements and needs.

• Cultivate in-depth domain knowledge to refine use cases and improve features.

• 2–4 years of experience in addressing business challenges and delivering actionable insights.

• Strong knowledge of Python and SQL.

• Demonstrated success in executing analytics projects utilizing EDA and data analysis tools.

• Experience with large datasets and maintaining data integrity.

• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Seaborn and Matplotlib.

• Experience working within Agile frameworks and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Exceptional time management and prioritization abilities.

• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or an MBA.

• WILL BE A PLUS: Experience with Databricks and PySpark.

• Familiarity with the AdTech domain.

• Understanding of cloud-based solutions.
