This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

• Develop and sustain dashboards in Sigma to assist Operations, Finance, and CX teams.

• Transition current Excel-based and manual reports into efficient BI solutions.

• Examine data across various domains, including shipping, fulfillment, payments, and customer support, to uncover trends and discrepancies.

• Take ownership of specific data domains, establishing yourself as the primary source for insights and reporting.

• Conduct ad hoc analyses and data investigations, transforming ambiguous inquiries into clear, data-supported responses.

• Collaborate with data engineers to comprehend data models and identify upstream data challenges.

• Maintain data quality and consistency throughout all reporting outputs.

• Work with stakeholders to ascertain reporting requirements and provide precise, actionable insights.

• Over 4 years of experience in data analytics or a related field.

• Advanced SQL proficiency, particularly in querying extensive and complex datasets (Snowflake experience is advantageous).

• Practical experience in creating and managing dashboards using contemporary BI tools (Sigma experience is highly valuable).

• Exceptional attention to detail, emphasizing data accuracy and consistency.

• Experience in handling and validating data from diverse sources.

• Ability to convert business requirements into clear, actionable reporting.

• Strong communication abilities, with a background in collaborating directly with cross-functional stakeholders.
