This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Analyze extensive datasets from CRM, media, and digital platforms to extract actionable insights.
• Create dashboards and reports to monitor essential KPIs such as acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion.
• Simplify complex data into clear, business-friendly insights for stakeholders.
• Assist in developing segmentation strategies, including lifecycle, behavioral, and RFM models.
• Examine consumer journeys across various channels, including WhatsApp, email, and web.
• Discover opportunities for personalization and next-best-action strategies.
• Evaluate the performance of CRM and digital marketing campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing and offer data-driven suggestions for optimization.
• Collaborate with media teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Partner closely with data engineering and tech teams to guarantee data accuracy and consistency.
• Aid in the integration of multiple data sources including CDPs, CRM platforms, and media platforms.
• Ensure proper data governance and adherence to privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align with business objectives.
• Present insights and recommendations in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives such as loyalty programs and digital transformation projects.
• 5–8 years of experience in data analytics, ideally within FMCG, retail, or digital marketing sectors.
• Experience in an agency or consulting setting is advantageous.
• Strong grasp of consumer behavior, CRM, and marketing analytics.
• Familiarity with MENA markets is a plus.
