Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the Quality Layer: Create and implement data visualization systems throughout our global commercial pipelines.

• Develop scalable business intelligence: Design, build, and enhance strategic dashboards that convert extensive data sets into clear and actionable insights for informed decision-making.

• Transform intricate metrics into user-friendly visualizations that facilitate the detection of risks, opportunities, and operational performance in real-time.

• Manage the complete data flow: Create and sustain transformation, modeling, and automation processes utilizing tools like BigQuery, LookML, and Dataform.

• Guarantee data traceability, consistency, and accessibility from the source to the final visualization.

• Collaborate for maximum impact: Work closely with Engineering, Analytics, Product, and Business teams to develop robust analytical solutions that align with strategic objectives and focus on delivering measurable value.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in SQL/MySQL and a strong command of BigQuery for Dataform development and transformations within the data flow.

• Demonstrated experience (3–5 years) in designing and implementing data quality monitoring, validation, and anomaly detection systems.

• Solid understanding of data structures, transformation pipelines, and techniques for identifying, quantifying, and resolving inconsistencies.

• Expertise in BI tools (Qlik, Looker, Tableau, or Google Data Studio) to effectively communicate insights.

• Capability to navigate ambiguity, test hypotheses, and link anomalies to their operational or market root causes.

• Ability to clearly convey complex data findings to both technical and business audiences.
