This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

• Function in a data analyst role while gaining insights from experienced team members.

• Review internal reports to filter and “clean” pricing and reference data.

• Support the normalization, cleaning, enrichment, and mapping of data to maintain the company's reference database.

• Analyze and interpret extensive datasets to pinpoint issues and suggest suitable methods for resolving data integrity challenges.

• Detect patterns and anomalies within large data sets to continuously enhance our product offerings.

• Generate data-driven samples and reports for our clientele.

• Collaborate with internal teams to refresh and test data and platform features as needed.

• A Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, sciences, business, information management, computer science, industrial engineering, or a related field.

• 2-5 years of experience in a business or office setting.

• Capability to analyze large datasets effectively.

• Excellent administrative, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

• Competence in multitasking and performing with a sense of urgency when necessary.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Preferred: Previous experience in financial technology companies.

• Familiarity with Fixed Income markets, particularly with Structured Products.

• Knowledge of SQL, Python, and PowerBI is advantageous.
