Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Gathering and processing data from the system and associated sources.

• Evaluating trends in significant metrics: call volume, connection rates, successful transactions, and conversions — categorized by day, shift, and employee.

• Creating intuitive and straightforward dashboards (SQL, Power BI, Tableau).

• Recognizing bottlenecks and formulating analytical recommendations to enhance team efficiency.

• Compiling weekly and monthly performance reports for management.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in an analytical role.

• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets (including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data visualization).

• Strong expertise in SQL.

• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is advantageous.

• A strong analytical mindset, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage large datasets.

• A proactive approach and willingness to establish processes from the ground up and propose enhancements.
