Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Validate and analyze A/B tests to evaluate feature performance, user engagement, and design effectiveness, providing clear and actionable recommendations.

• Perform comprehensive analysis using Python to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive product innovation and strategic decision-making.

• Collaborate closely with product managers and domain experts to grasp business objectives and translate them into analytical results.

• Create and deliver reports and dashboards that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders, supporting data-driven decision-making.

• Recognize opportunities to optimize products and improve data collection and analysis processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong skills in statistical analysis and experience with A/B testing methodologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience as a Data Analyst.

• Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools, with expertise in programming languages, particularly Python.

• Skilled in using SQL.

• Familiarity with BI tools, ideally Power BI.

• Upper-intermediate level of English proficiency.

• Excellent communication skills, with the capability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
