This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in evaluating client needs and objectives while contributing to the creation of suitable strategies, solutions, and related deliverables for the assigned project.
• Aid in the development and execution of data analytics and visualization tools and processes.
• Engage in daily collaboration and provide input to team members regarding their assigned tasks.
• Support the design, development, and presentation of work products and/or deliverables.
• Facilitate the implementation of recommendations accepted by the client.
• Prepare briefings, PowerPoint presentations, memos, and emails.
• Organize documents on SharePoint/Teams, ensuring version control and archiving of all completed work products.
• Attend client meetings and briefings with key stakeholders.
• Oversee timelines, schedules, status reports, and generate monthly reports.
• Preferred: Ability to assist in the development and implementation of tools and processes using the Microsoft Power Platform.
• An advanced degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Over 3 years of consulting experience in human capital or a comparable field.
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Experience in creating written documentation for diverse stakeholders (e.g., leadership, offices), including comprehensive reports, one-pagers, white papers, and summary documents.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with colleagues and clients.
• Proficient general analytical skills.
• Experience in developing and implementing data analytics and visualization products (experience with Microsoft Power Platform is an advantage).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other data collection and analysis platforms.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Capability to apply for and obtain a federal security clearance (existing CBP clearance is a plus).
