Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Collecting pertinent company contact details, including email addresses, job titles, and external URLs (such as LinkedIn), for cold outreach and marketing initiatives.

• Maintaining 100% data quality and accuracy by thoroughly verifying the information to ensure reliability for subsequent use.

• Identifying potential leads and prospects; sourcing contact details for these individuals.

• Assisting in the development of marketing campaign performance reports and supporting analyses.

• Analyzing data, interpreting results using statistical tools, and delivering ongoing reports on marketing campaign effectiveness.

• Conducting quality analysis and assurance for imported data from various external sources.

• Aligning contact sourcing strategies with overarching business objectives and marketing activities.

• Organizing data systematically to meet the requirements of various projects.

• Structuring CRM and contact information data into lists that comply with data quality standards.

• Performing periodic reviews and updates of the CRM contact database to ensure data accuracy and relevance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of one year of experience working as a data analyst is preferred.

• Proficiency in utilizing various online database platforms and tools to source and verify contact information (e.g., LinkedIn, RocketReach, ZoomInfo, Pitchbook, Crunchbase, ZeroBounce, and Breadcrumbs).

• Capability to manage complex projects and multitask to meet stringent deadlines.

• Exceptional organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility for project outcomes.

• Expertise in CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, for effective organization and management of contact and company data.

• In-depth knowledge of HubSpot's contact management features, including list classification, uploading, and mapping, along with the ability to create customized workflows in HubSpot for efficient contact nurturing.

• Skills in data segmentation and categorization for targeted marketing campaigns.

• Experience in cleaning and maintaining contact databases to ensure data accuracy.
