This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements for reports and dashboards.
• Create, develop, and sustain scalable Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Write optimized SQL queries (including complex joins, CTEs, and window functions) to extract, cleanse, and transform data.
• Establish and execute data validation, accuracy, and quality checks.
• Analyze extensive datasets to uncover trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
• Engage in customer interaction activities, effectively communicating technical concepts, design choices, and project updates to stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• 3–6 years of practical experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
• Advanced expertise in SQL and demonstrated experience with Python or other scripting languages for data manipulation.
• Proven track record of creating advanced dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Strong comprehension of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing principles.
• Experience with 2–3 major cloud and data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, or Databricks).
• Proficiency in 3–4 key data/BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, dbt).
• Excellent communication skills with the capability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
