📋 Description

• Brand Performance & Optimization: Assess and oversee the performance of various gaming brands, pinpointing opportunities to foster growth, enhance operational efficiency, and improve overall business outcomes.

• Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data analytics to reveal trends, challenges, and opportunities, delivering actionable recommendations to guide brand and business strategies.

• KPI Monitoring: Create and manage dashboards and reports using platforms such as Tableau or Looker to track essential performance metrics across the organization, ensuring decisions are informed by data.

• Best Practices & Knowledge Sharing: Establish and execute best practices and standardized procedures for the commercial team, promoting consistency and nurturing a culture of collaboration and shared learning.

• Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align brand strategies with overarching company objectives, ensuring a unified approach to business goals.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate insights, strategies, and updates to senior leadership, promoting alignment and driving informed decision-making.
