• Design and oversee experiments, A/B tests, and pilot programs with well-defined success metrics and measurement frameworks.

• Provide insights accompanied by clear recommendations and actionable next steps, rather than just data summaries.

• Create dashboards, reports, and analytical frameworks that facilitate ongoing monitoring of business performance.

• Perform in-depth analyses on business performance, customer behavior, and operational efficiency.

• Develop forecasting and predictive models to assist in strategic planning and resource allocation.

• Transform complex data into engaging narratives that inspire stakeholder action.

• Educate business partners on self-service analytics tools and the definitions of metrics.

• Produce documentation and resources that empower stakeholders to independently address basic inquiries.

• Act as the data authority for your business area, ensuring a consistent interpretation of metrics.

• 4-7 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related analytical role.

• Advanced SQL skills with the capability to conduct complex analyses autonomously.

• Strong expertise with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).

• Preferred experience with the Looker semantic layer (LookerML).

• Proficiency in R or Python for automated data processing, statistical modeling, and advanced visualization.

• Thorough understanding of statistical concepts and experimental design.

• Proven ability to collaborate across functions and influence without direct authority.

• Outstanding communication skills—capable of crafting compelling narratives with data.

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
