This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Lead the creation, enhancement, and ongoing administration of dashboards, reporting solutions, and periodic performance analysis.
• Convert business inquiries into organized analytical methodologies, reporting specifications, data requirements, and output designs with minimal supervision.
• Examine structured data to discover trends, anomalies, business drivers, and actionable opportunities.
• Take ownership of lightweight transformation logic and dashboard-ready data modeling necessary for precise and scalable analytics outputs.
• Implement and uphold semantic modeling practices by defining, documenting, and maintaining consistent business logic for metrics, dimensions, and KPIs.
• Ensure data quality, address reporting issues, and resolve moderately complex data logic challenges in collaboration with adjacent teams as needed.
• Summarize analysis into clear findings, implications, and recommendations for both internal and client stakeholders.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions by clearly articulating performance changes, report logic, assumptions, and suggested actions.
• Collaborate with Measurement Implementation Analysts, CRO Analysts, SEO/GEO Specialists, Analytics Engineers, and DEPA teams to ensure analytics outputs meet measurement design, platform realities, and business requirements.
• Enhance analytics delivery by identifying opportunities for improved reporting structure, clearer metric definitions, enhanced documentation, and more scalable analysis workflows.
• Contribute to governance practices by adhering to established privacy, measurement, and data-quality standards in daily operations.
• Strong practical knowledge of digital analytics, reporting, dashboarding, and performance measurement.
• Ability to independently oversee recurring analytics workstreams and deliver reliable outputs with minimal oversight.
• Solid understanding of data structures, joins, dimensions, metrics, KPI logic, and principles of dashboard design.
• Capability to transform data into clear, business-relevant insights and recommendations.
• Strong analytical problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to investigate anomalies and identify potential performance drivers.
• Working knowledge of semantic modeling and the importance of consistent business definitions in scalable analytics.
• Ability to balance technical precision with stakeholder usability in reports and dashboards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to present findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach to validation, quality assurance, and documentation.
• Ability to work effectively across distributed teams in the Americas and collaborate across functions, time zones, and client contexts.
